Rev. Willie L. Calhoun, Jr. is a resident of the  Lower 9th Ward community. He currently serves as the leader of the Lower 9th Ward Community Wellness Consortium (L9CWC).  The L9CWC was founded in the Lower 9th Ward in 2012.
